HR Assistant/Administrator needed for a well-respected Lloyd’s Insurance Broker in the heart of the City.

You will be working within a fantastic HR Team, reporting directly into the Director of Human Resources, supporting two brilliant HR BP’s, who will be able to help guide you through a career in HR.

As the HR Assistant you will be tasked with:

*Administering New Joiner, Transfer, Promotion and Leaver processes
*Recruitment administration including building relationships with agencies
*Producing offer letters, contracts, termination letters and associated
*The administration of any work experience/temporary workers for the organisation
*Managing the administration of credit/background checks
*Maintenance of HR IT, Payroll and records system
*Maintaining the Company holiday, absence and sickness absence data
*Administering any e-learning training programmes to joiners and existing staff
*Managing the Professional Qualification administration for staff taking
*Maintaining any flexible benefits systems
*Administration and monitoring of the organisation’s appraisal system
*Create and update Job Descriptions
*The ongoing maintenance of staff personal files (both electronic and paper)
*Maintenance of general HRIS system
*Undertake appropriate project work to support the activities of the HR function

Our client is looking for an individual who wants a long term career within HR and therefore they would expect you to want continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups, to stay current on employment law, developments and innovations in HR delivery and thinking.

This company will be looking to progress the individual through their CIPD.
Individuals with experience within Insurance or Professional services will be looked upon favourably.
