Description
Opportunity to join Customer relations division of leading financial services provider assessing the quality of compliant handling across regulated financial services products, in line with their accreditation scheme and guidelines. Role will also involve providing technical support on products and coaching to case handlers. You will have in depth knowledge of the financial services complaint handling lifecycle and strong product knowledge. You must be fully FPC qualified, any AFPC qualifications being an advantage
