Description My client is looking to appoint a Debt Management Advisor for their Didsbury based offices. The Role: ·To take inbound calls from clients and to sell the key features and benefits of a Debt Management Programme; ·To take clients through the application process ensuring that we have accurate information regarding their Income and Expenditure and up to date contact details; ·To build strong relationships with clients answering all queries regarding their Debt Management Programme until you have received their first payment and completed Agreement Pack in the office. ·To accurately track the status of each client's application to ensure that they are chased in a timely manner through phone calls, letters, emails and text messages; ·To treat all clients in a polite and professional manner; ·To work as part of a team and be compliant with the company's policies and procedures; ·To meet monthly payment and conversion targets; The Person: ·Minimum 12 months experience and a proven track record in a similar role; ·Target and results driven; ·Money motivated: ·Excellent questioning and negotiation skills; ·Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and deal with people from all walks of life; ·Strong customer focused ethics; ·Good IT skills Hillman Saunders Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
