Description
Working as part of the claims operations team, you will provide key technical and operational support to the senior claims staff and act as a point of technical referral for the claims administrators. The role will help develop the procedures and Service Level Agreement framework that contributes to the success of the claims group in meeting its objectives. You will develop relationships with brokers and other third parties to improve the efficiency and quality of the service, understand relevant business metrics and provide accurate data analysis of management information to enhance the value of reports for recipients and act as an operations focal point for the claims teams ensuring appropriate understanding of the products, business models and technologies deployed. Candidates will need a strong academic background with good IT skills and an attention to detail in interpreting data and producing accurate analysis of information. Candidates will need a knowledge of the claims process from a Lloyd's broker or insurer perspective.
