Description Using your management experience to effectively manage Personal Injury teams which are part of the Specialist Claims Area. Your role will be to ensure delivery of Business Plan and improve performance of the department, whilst motivating and inspiring teams to exceed targets and deliver a World Class service. Requirements You will bring to the role excellent communication skills, strong leadership and a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing environment. Whilst an understanding of the principles of handling Personal Injury Motor Claims would be beneficial, your proven operational management experience will be essential. Responsibilities Include: · Managing Personal Injury teams · Improving performance to achieve/exceed the operational business plan · Providing support and development to Team Leaders to improve effectiveness of department · Ensuring cost effective management of claims spend with particular focus on claims' spend. · Supporting and promoting delivery of World Class across the Specialist Claims area. · Achieving and exceeding key KPIs on Business and HR targets.
