Description Deputy branch manager - Andover Our client, a leading financial services provider is currently recruiting a DeputyBranch Manager/Service and control manager for the Andover (Hampshire) area. The successful candidates will come from a management background or in the financial services sector and a strong and stable employment history is essential. You will be responsible for 6 - 10 staff and on a day to day basis and your daily activities will include: Delivering training and coaching to staff within the branch in line with business objectives. Identifying performance issues within the branch, taking appropriate action as and when required e.g. coaching, mentoring. Dealing with complaints / issues escalated from customer advisors. Using judgement to manage business risk. Managing and motivate the team. Drive salesUsing management information effectively.
