Description Our client is a national IFA and is currently recruiting a number of Financial Advisers to join their expanding team. You will offer full financial advice and hold CAS. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated and pro-active individual who has a small client following as you will be encouraged to develop leads and introducers. Required Experience: • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a regulated environment • Analytical, handling a lot of information Other factors: • Must be mobile as will work across the local market and must hold a full and valid driving licence • Involves flexible working hours although you can work from home Qualifications Required • FPC is essential as this is a regulated role. • IMC/AFPC is desirable however candidates must be prepared to study for relevant/equivalent qualification CAS status • Must fulfil all obligations under the Training and Competency Scheme to gain and maintain all relevant authorisations Salary and OTE dependent on the geographical location:£30,000 - £45,000 with a realistic OTE OF £65k+.
