Description
My client, a West End based corporate financial services company with international links, is seeking a strong minded Administration and Office Manager with PA/EA skills and experience to take up this challenging role and interesting role.
Your position will be to ensure an effective and high quality administration service for the senior Partners and team within prestigious and luxurious offices in the heart of London's West End.
As the ideal candidate you will be confident in managing the administration by implementing, managing and maintaining systems and communication functions between international clients and internal contacts between the US and Europe, all to be relayed in a professional and personable manner.
Experience of VAT and Tax functions would be desirable as you will also be required to conduct basic accountancy and Tax/Vat functions.
As the ideal candidate for this position you will be professional and confident in your approach to the role and will have proven process management skills at a senior level. The successful candidate must also have proven trouble shooting skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
