Description
Our client is currently seeking graduates with a 2.1 degree or above in Law, Economics, Business, or Financial services for specialist complaint handling roles across a varied financial services product range. You will be responsible for assessing and resolving cases in a just and fair manner. As you will be dealing with a variety of policy providers and policyholders, excellent communication skills are key. You will also have a positive proactive attitude, and enjoy working in a team-based environment. Some experience within the financial services industry would be an advantage
