Description Suffolk motor insurance opportunity for an experienced motor claims handler to settle GI personal injury and liability claims, you will: -Settle Personal Injury claims -Investigate and make sound judgment on liability -Investigate and use prudent judgment on value and quantum -Negotiate settlement -Provide earliest resolution for the customer -Compliance -Quality auditing and feedback -Handle litigation under referral as required -Negotiate settlement of cases face-to-face and run conferences with barristers or attend court, as required. Requirements ·            Significant experience in handling claims up to £75,000 ·            Understanding of multi track PI procedures ·            Proven track record in utilising experts to best tactical advantage ·            Ability to negotiate and settle claims in a proactive way ·            Good understanding of relevant legislation and procedures. ·            Working knowledge of relevant case law.
