Description
Our client is one of the leading insurers in the UK and is keen to recruit an experienced insurance operations manager within their commercial sector. The successful candidate will have responsibility for service delivery & regulatory compliance for the commercial insurance division. This will involve defining processes & working practices, working with the commercial motor, property and liability managers to embed new operations practices & drive ongoing improvement. The successful candidate will have strong leadership & collaborative management experience, have firsthand experience within either commercial insurance broker or commercial lines insurer background, experienced in managing budgets as well as working in a regulatory environment.
Relevant degree & progress towards professional qualifications (CII) as well as ability to travel to other sites on a regular basis.
