Private Banking Manager - OXFORD

    As Private Banking Manager you will:-
    * Proactively build and develop a portfolio of Affluent by Asset clients, providing advice upon a broad range of financial matters.
    •Maximise the level of wealth management services and cross selling opportunities, in a compliant manner.
    • Proactively service existing clients and obtain referrals from new business opportunities and existing client base in order to achieve business growth
    • To identify needs and facilitate the provision of other services either directly via the Private Baking Channel or by introduction to other appropriate parts of the group.
    • Up to date & compliant records to ensure relevant internal standards & external regulatory requirements are observed.
    • Regular liaison with the Private Banking Office and dedicated Private Banking Officer to ensure effective customer contact and to provide input in his/her individual development.
    Responsibilities            
    • To be interested and show an understanding of national/international financial affairs.
    • The additional investment income taken on and sale of new products and leads /activity in line with business plan.
    The Individual
    The successful candidate will have:-
    • Highly developed relationship skills and previous success in a selling/lead generation role in a regulated environment.
    • Successful experience of working closely with a cross section of high net worth customers.
    • Highly knowledgeable about financial services/products, particularly investment, wealth management and banking.
    • Attained IAC 3/ FPC3 or equivalent
    • A track record in meeting business targets and influencing bottom line figures.
    • A thorough understanding of Regulated Sales.
    • A respected reputation as an expert on financial services/products by clients and team members.
    • Achieved CF 21 status
    The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record in regulated sales
