Description We have an exciting opportunity for an insurance professional to join an award winning insurance company to work as a Household Pricing Manager. This is an integral position contributing to the competitiveness and overall success of the company. Working on the household insurance team you will be responsible for the management, development and strengthening of the pricing team. You will motivate, coach and develop team members to help the team achieve results. You will work closely with the Home Underwriting Manager and Head of Actuarial and Statistics to review the Home portfolios, for both new and existing schemes/accounts, analysing results and making decisions or recommendations on suitable pricing action. To be considered for this role you must possess a strong understanding of pricing and underwriting principles with a good working knowledge of competitors pricing actions within the household market. You will have previous experience working in a senior pricing position with a personal lines insurer. You will also have experience of working with Actuaries in connection with actuarial based pricing methodologies and implementation of pricing reviews.
