Description
Position/Job Title: First Response Claims Support Adviser
Summary: Acting as the initial contact in respect to motor claims and to support the day to day operations in the team; throughput,measures and adherence to Key Performance Standards.
Reporting to: First Response Manager
Key Responsibilities: Prepare weekly, monthly and annual plans for work
scheduling.
Deal with day to day adherence to service standards, adjusting available resource as necessary.
Reporting and communication of the team performance to Line Manager.
Keep up to date on market developments regarding telephone management and process.
