Description My client, a industry leading medical report provider, are looking to recruit a Claims Technician for their Bolton office. Duties will include: · Allocate new instructions to the field force, providing technical guidance · Liaise with the field force during the investigation · Maintain diary system · Carry out telephone interviews/compile statements · Compile investigation reports · Provide technical training to junior staff · Adhere to internal and external SLA’s · Handle telephone calls · Resolve queries from clients/field force/business support staff · Receive and respond to complaints · To operate in accordance with the ISO Quality System The ideal candidate will have worked in motor claims for 3-5 years and have EL, PL and 3rd party experience. Working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 20 days annual holiday rising 1 day per year of service up to a total of 25 days. The company offer a stakeholder pension and there is free parking within a few minutes walk of the office. Basic salary is £18k - £25k dependent upon experience.
