You must be experienced within insurance telephone based sales, and have a good knowledge of UK general insurance products – such as household, motor, travel, warranty, pet, ATE or similar. You will be able to provide examples of where you have gone that “extra mile” to provide a superior customer experience, and be motivated by targets. Minimum GSCE (or equivalent) in Maths and English grade C or above, plus beginner – intermediate level MS Word & Excel essential.
