The Client
A National Insurance Provider who deal with savings, investments and insurance products.
The Opportunity
To provide an outstanding service to their customers, identifying their needs and speaking with them about products and services.
You will be part of a profitable sales team telephone selling, using targeted sales propositions to selected customers ensuring that you represent the brand and maximise on sales.
The Individual
• You will have a proven ability to personally deliver constantly high standards of quality in a customer service delivery environment
• You will be able to demonstrate talent for building a rapport with customers to quickly understand their needs and identify appropriate products and services to promote and sell to them
•Do you have plenty of confidence and the personality to make a positive impact on customers by telephone?
•You will enjoy volume and conversion targets and be confident that you can achieve these
•Do you have the ability to learn and retain product and procedural information on an ongoing basis
along with the ability to navigate around computer applications effectively, preferably around Microsoft Windows
•You will have excellent oral communication skills and ability to explain technical subjects in an appropriate manner for different customers to understand
•You will have accurate and proficient typing skills
You will come from a similar background and have sold similar products.
