Description A leading regional insurance broker is looking to expand their trading area further afield into other areas of the U.K., predominantly within the South East. Talented individuals who are keen to join the Group as Business Producers or Account Executives will be given autonomy to provide expert independent advice and head a team of like minded individuals. This opportunity would suit individuals or teams who may be interested in working for a company without the restraints and the bureaucracy that often surrounds the larger national brokers. This opportunity may also appeal to an existing account executive working in a new business capacity, or perhaps an owner of a commercial brokerage who is keen to join a leading player. Any potential candidate can continue to work in their location providing expert independent advice and, with support from an established company, be able to grow new and existing business. A well resourced support team including all back up and compliance will be provided. All salaries can be negotiated based on level of experience or any predetermined business projections.
