Description Our Client is looking for experienced Financial Advisers to work closely with branch colleagues to plan and manage activities to exceed individual sales targets through the provision of suitable advice (on Financial Planning and appropriate Retail products) to customers. To be considered candidates must meet the following requirements:- FPC3 or CEFA Qualified together with current or recent "Competent Advisory Status” Successful sales experience in the financial industry Knowledge of general financial services industry and its regulatory requirements Ability to relate to a wide range of people, including teams and line managers and demonstrate a range of communication styles Proven application of compliant sales Ability to plan and organise workload and complete paperwork to required standards Ability to identify self-development needs and implement skills and knowledge gained Hillman Saunders Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
