The Client
A growing National Law firm.
The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to provide support and assistance to the Business and Private Client Practice Area in the recruitment of staff across the firm; providing an internal consultancy service, knowledge centre and contact point for all resourcing related issues. Working closely with the Head of Talent and Resourcing, Head of HR for this business area and their teams, the successful candidate will liaise closely with line managers to define and execute recruitment campaigns for qualified fee-earner and support roles in offices nation-wide, identifying cost effective, professional and creative solutions.
The Individual
Ideally of graduate calibre, the successful applicant will have a proven track-record in recruitment, either in-house or within a consultancy environment, and have experience of developing credible working relationships with senior level clients, influencing and guiding decision-making. Positive and self motivated, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your excellent organisational and communication skills enable you to work effectively both autonomously and as a key team-member.
