A vacancy exists for a Transition Manager capable of coaching new advisers with an emphasis on helping the Wealth Managers increase their business production. This is not a 'soft management' role but will require you to be adept at devising new business strategy and getting involved with the wealth managers in implementing this. You will have a proven track record as a sales manager within an IFA and the ability to mentor. Salary c£50,000 plus car and bonus. OTE £80,000+ · They can demonstrate evidence of working with and creating positive behavioural change that supports improving productivity trends with financial advisors. It is important but not essential that this individual has sold successfully in financial services. · The individual will have responsibility for Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, North London, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Ideally will be residing in that geography . · This is a field based face to face role. There is a high skill level required to adapt to different styles, coach, consult and develop very successful entrepreneurial business people from their existing position · Individuals must demonstrate high levels of professionalism, credibility and integrity. First impressions really count in this role. The ability to work within a very robust management team and take on board regional responsibilities.
