Description Working for a firm of loss adjusters you will have full responsibility for your own caseload of a variety of liability claims, including EL/PL, to include both injury and property damage claims. You’ll be highly aware of the most proactive claimant representatives and their tactics. The majority of public liability property damage claims will be retained by the adjuster who will be expected to handle them to conclusion making settlement offers and agreeing quantum. Already experienced within the claims arena, you’ll have the ability identify suspicious information and apply correct procedures to avoid fraudulent claims, identify and evaluate evidence whilst remaining professional throughout each call. Applicants will need general Liability Claims handling experience and a working knowledge and technical competency in the Principles of Insurance.
