Their advisers produce excellent revenue and a manager of a similar ilk is required. A vacancy exists for a Sales Manager capable of driving the business with an emphasis on helping the Wealth Managers increase their business production. This is not a 'soft management' role but will require you to be adept at devising new business strategy and getting involved with the wealth managers in implementing this. You will have a proven track record as a sales manager within an IFA or Bancassurer. Salary c£60,000 plus car and bonus.
