Description You will report in respect of all aspects of monitoring and maintenance of compliance controls specific to the financial planning & collectives side of the business this financial services group. You will undertake monitoring of the group’s operations with specific responsibility for the Collectives business in accordance with the monitoring programme. Ad hoc advice in relation to compliance and errors and breaches investigation and other general compliance issue resolution and reporting on fund manager services. The successful candidate will have good experience of financial markets, with particular reference to the FSA COLL Sourcebook. You must have significant experience within Collectives should also be familiar with the use of Derivatives in Funds. You will possess good personal skills, a determined and proactive approach to Compliance as a whole and preferably financial promotions experience.
