Description
International wealth manager require a contact centre manager with a successful track record of inspirational leadership of large teams within a performance driven environment. Reporting to the Head of Contact Centre, you will be managing approximately 50 people through a team of 6 direct reports, and have ultimate responsibility for leadership, proactive management ensuring optimum team and individual performance on a daily basis across a high net worth international client portfolio. You will also be developing and implementing long term contact centre strategy and ensuring compliance within all policies and procedures. Ideally you will have a contact centre background within financial services, and able to demonstrate excellent service delivery and coaching skills
