Keeping our strategy of employing from the Insurance Market, we are looking to employ recruitment consultants into our teams here at Hillman Saunders.

We are keen to talk to connections who would be interested in utilising their technical Insurance knowledge to date in a different yet rewarding way.

“We can teach the Recruitment part, that’s easy, you just bring the Technical Industry knowledge (and a lot of common sense!)”

We are targeting individuals currently working in Broking and Underwriting as well as current PA’s or HR individuals who are keen to work on and develop such niche desks.

Ideally, you will be well connected and have experience of working in a client facing role. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to hold court at a meeting, or lunch..!

At Hillman Saunders we allow the flexibility of developing a desk and career around the consultants’ skill sets.

Further, we do not have individual Claims, Broking or Underwriting desks, any developed business is the consultant that develops it with no greedy managers taking unwarranted cuts.
