As a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Lead Consultant you will be responsible for developing your own market, acting on opportunities within existing accounts and sourcing new business. You will be highly motivated with a “can do” attitude, able and willing to work hard to achieve results. You must be able to provide proof of your sales skills through past results and over-achieving your targets.
