We are currently assisting a leading Underwriting agency specialising in Commercial and Liability insurance seek to recruit a Complaints Manager.

Working within their busy compliance department you will be responsible for:

*Handling all areas of complaint investigation and then resolution, including
liaison with FOS.
*Working within established controls that enable the company and client base manage
conduct risk, treat customers fairly and keep the customers at the centre of the
company’s and clients’ businesses.
*Establishing root cause analysis
*Liaising with third parties, ensuring complaints handled on behalf of our client
correctly
*Analysing MI on complaints
*Ensuring the complaints procedure framework is robust and efficient

If you have experience of managing complaints within the Insurance Market and feel this role would suit you, do not hesitate to apply!
